How do I care for my piece?

Hand washing is recommended to preserve your piece , but we all have our lazy days! Rest assured, all pieces are dishwasher safe and can be placed in the microwave! Items have not been tested for use as ovenware, this is not recommended.

Be cautious of extreme temperature changes from hot to cold/cold to hot, as this can potentially cause cracking in the glaze finish of your piece.

What are Seconds?

Seconds or “2nd Quality” items are well know within the ceramics community and are pieces offered at a discount to help reduce waste. These could be samples that didn’t quite make the cut or pieces that do meet the quality standard of REL Home. Don’t worry! These items are still usable, we just embrace them, Flaws & All!

What is the wait time for Made to Order items?

Processing time for made to order items is 4-6 weeks currently. This timeline is the norm and fluctuates at most to 8 weeks, in which you will receive communication of the updated timeline.

Is International Shipping available?

We are currently limiting shipping to the US. We do plan to expand Internationally, so thank you for your interest! Please sign up for emails or follow along on IG/TikTok to be the first to know when available!

What is your Return Policy?

As a small business, All Sales are Final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

Each order is carefully packaged and checked before it ships out. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.

If you experience damage to your piece during shipping transit, all claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please send us a photo of the broken piece in its original box and it will be replaced as soon as possible. Please contact RELHomeCeramics@gmail.com.
