Shipping policy

Once your piece is completed:

We offer Standard and Express delivery services to most US States.

After you’ve entered your delivery address, you’ll be able to see the delivery services available.

Most of our delivery services are traceable. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Made to Order Times: Processing for Made to Order items is 4-6 weeks; 8 weeks at most, in which communication will be sent for the adjusted timeline. 

Damaged Goods: Each order is carefully packaged and checked before it ships out. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you experience damage to your piece during shipping transit, all claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please send us a photo of the broken piece in its original box and it will be replaced as soon as possible.

Care and Maintenance: All ceramic products are dishwasher and microwave safe, however hand-washing is recommended. Please use caution if microwaving, as pieces can become very hot. Extreme temperature changes from hot to cold/cold to hot, can potentially cause cracking in the glaze finish of your piece.
